PREORDERS:

ALL PRE-ORDERS ARE FINAL - Turnaround time may take up to three weeks from processing to receiving your order although may be subjected to an update should your order be processed sooner than expected.

 

MISSING PACKAGES:

At the time of fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided with your order.

 

No refund or replacement of goods will be given under these circumstances:

1) If lost package is reported more than one week after marked as DELIVERED.

2)If an incorrect address was provided at the time of order.

 

DEFECTED/DAMANGED ORDER(S):

You are permitted one week upon receiving your product to report defected or damanged goods. Any later, will NOT be accepted.

No refund or replacement of goods if the lost/damange/defected item was caused by a third party.
